Here we will provide a list of our approved insurance carriers.

We are closed to all HMO's. We will still accept your HMO if you are an existing patient with the same insurance.
We accept most PPO and POS insurances. We accept Medicare. My philosophy for not accepting HMO (health management
organization) plans. HMO base there care on volume. I prefer to spend as much time as I can with each patient
and bill appropriately. I will see no more than 4 people in a hour. I prefer to not consume my staff with tasks
such as obtaining referral, but instead free their time for answering the telephone.

Copays are expected at your arrival at the office prior to your visit with the doctor. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
and Discover for your convience. All billing is done with an outside billing company.
